These Terms and Conditions of Use and Service define the rules governing access to and use of the website psycho-klinic.net, as well as the services offered by Psycho-Klinic, including psychotherapy, individual coaching, behaviorism, graphology, naturopathy, and other complementary approaches.

By accessing this website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of Services

Psycho-Klinic provides professional support in the following areas:

• Individual, couples, family, child, adolescent, and victim therapy

• Support groups and collective sessions

• Behavioral and emotional analysis

• Communication and human relations coaching

• Graphological and personality studies

• Naturopathy, dietetics, and herbal medicine

The aim of these services is to promote well-being, self-understanding, and personal development.
Psycho-Klinic’s services do not replace medical or psychiatric follow-up where required by your situation.

3. Appointments and Payments

Consultations are conducted:

• Online, via WhatsApp, Discord, or any other secure videoconferencing platform.

• Session duration ranges from 45 minutes to 1 hour 30, depending on the service.

• Fees range from €35 to €150, payable in advance by bank transfer or PayPal.

• Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

• Solidarity-based rates may be offered upon proof of eligibility.

The information required to connect to the session (videoconference link or initial contact message) is sent to the client before the session, depending on the communication method selected at the time of booking. Please provide your phone number or username, as well as the chosen application, so that I can contact you for the session.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
After this period, the session is due and non-refundable.

In cases of force majeure (accident, illness, serious unforeseen event), the session may be rescheduled or refunded at Psycho-Klinic’s discretion.
If a session is canceled by Psycho-Klinic, it will be fully refunded or rescheduled.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days, using the same payment method as the original booking.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Psycho-Klinic is bound by professional confidentiality.
All information shared (oral, written, or digital) is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s written consent.

6. Professional Ethics and Responsibility

Psycho-Klinic is committed to providing ethical, compassionate, and professional support.
The client acknowledges that therapy and coaching are collaborative processes, and results depend on their personal involvement.

No guarantee of specific results can be required, and Psycho-Klinic cannot be held responsible for any misinterpretation or inappropriate use of the guidance provided.

7. Intellectual Property

All texts, documents, and content on psycho-klinic.net are the exclusive intellectual property of Psycho-Klinic or its rights holders.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use—partial or complete—without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Website Use and Cookies

Psycho-Klinic does not use cookies directly.
